just a last post b4 i go to penang for 3 months.

FYI.

im a student in Taylors Lakeside campus.

taking 'Hospitality Management' course.

and in this course we have to go through a series of INTERNSHIP.

twice in diploma level. each 3 months (10 weeks).

this is my 2nd training and i chose penang.

so i guess chances of me blogging will be lesser.

as i have no laptop to use over there.

yes i dont like to use laptop.

tats y i dont have any.

used to have 1 but gave it to my cousin in taiwan.

and mom sold hers.

lotsa lotsa ppl wanna know how i make my mashed potato so nice *cough cough

and so i've decided to TEACH ALL OF YOU!!!!

these are the ingredients...

potato DUH.. whipped cream / full cream milk,, and. CHEESE!!!

MUST BE CREAM CHEESE =)

for this time i use happy cow cheese haha my fav =)

1st.

peel potato!!

prepare a wok / pot.

heat it.

add some salt =)

now.

yes i know seasoning like salt n pepper is normally done after the potato is cooked.

but i want it diff.

i put salt 1st so that the flavor of salt will dissolve in the potato =)

cut potatoes to small pieces and BOIL IT!!!

after about 20 mins i think???

try the potatoes la if it's soft enough then it's done =)

and now.

use the MIXER.

yes the mixer for the dough =.=

instead of using HAND =.=

easier mah =)

and smoother..

add milk and cheese =)

TADAAAA END RESULT =)

tim (soon to be groom) booked a 'HOTEL' for us at bangsar. and i still dunno the name =.=
it's a nice banglo with pool =) can stay 17 person if not mistaken. rm1500 per night. not bad rite =)
but a helper in the house summore.

and since i got like. 50+ pics to pose. i separate them la =) this. 1st post. is to intro the house.

sigh... something terrible happened to me today.

I CUT MY FINGER + NAIL.

and.
the cut is sooooo deep.
almost half of my thumb.

cannot see anything rite?

i was cutting this.. mushroom thingy.

and i didnt know it was hard.

so 1st time i chop it softly.

but cant.

cuz it's frozen b4.

so i tried to chop it harder la.

then the knife slipped. (cuz i think got ice on it)

then. i cut my hand.

from the side, it cut my nail, and also. my MEAT.

i kena cut rite.

then i saw blood a lot.
ran to the nearest sink. THE BLOOD DIDNT STOP.

ran to my friend.
a chef, he grabbed an ice for me. and sink. and ran to find 1st aid.
THE BLOOD DID NOT STOP.
i started to feel dizzy.
as in REALLY DIZZY.
blood non stop. still. my cloth, shirt, sink ALL BLOOD.
u know the thingy where u turn to on n off the wateR?
i kinda "flood" it with my blood LOL.
it finally stopped when another guy came with coffee and pour it on my hand.
it worked 0-0

chef dragged me to the canteen to sit LOL.
he say. my face is totally WHITE.
then sit sit, drink a lil water, i went back to the kitchen.
